Cancellation Policy: If you confirm to us in writing before any work has commenced that you cease to instruct us you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. If you confirm in writing that you wish for us to cease acting on your case after work has commenced then you may be entitled to a refund of some or all of your fees. If after your case has concluded we are holding any surplus funds these will be returned to you.
