We offer fixed fees for most cases and can give you a fee estimate for other cases. You may qualify for legal aid depending on the nature of the case and your financial circumstances.
If you've been asked to go to the Police Station
You have the right to be legally represented at a Police Station. Provided any interview is under caution and at a Police Station then we can advise and assist you or a family member without any cost to yourself. Whether you need help now or later just call us on 0121 321 1999. We can attend a Police Station in our area without notice and further afield by appointment. If you are being interviewed somewhere else we can still help you but we would need to discuss costs with you first. You may still qualify for legal aid.
